Time that should be spent educating and supporting students is increasingly consumed by administration. We need a better balance that ensures important information is collected while keeping the focus on students and restoring work-life balance for educators.

More support for complex kids Every child deserves equal access to a great education. But increased student behaviour and learning complexity means some kids are missing out. Students have more complex needs than ever before and require greater support to learn and thrive. Classroom staffing must reflect that reality. When students receive the support they need, everyone benefits.
